Let the players run in the circle or let them do different warming-up exercises. There’s no active SmartGoal. While they’re doing some exercises they have to keep focussing on the SmartGoals. When there is a SmartGoal lit the players have to run towards the activated SmartGoal to leave the game and be ”save”. The game stops when there is only 1 person left in the game. Coach the players on keeping focus but also make sure they’re executing your exercises.
Keeper Footwork & Kicking Skills
Place a circle of SmartGoals around the goal and activate one. The goalkeeper will receive the ball and has to kick it through the activated SmartGoal. Coach the execution of this exercise.
Dynamic Receive Circle
Behind each SmartGoal there is 1 player with a ball. When a SmartGoal is lightning up, the player behind that activated goal has to pass to the player in the center. The player that passed the ball has to go to the center and the player that received the ball has to run (with the ball) to the spot of the passing player. Coach the intensity and the execution of the exercise.
The striker has to receive the ball through the activated SmartGoal and starts the attack on goal. The defender has to run through the newly activated SmartGoal, before he/she may start his/hers defending. Coach both the attacking and defending.
The first player (on the side) has to pass the ball to the midfielder who has to run (with the ball) through an activated SmartGoal and has to pass the ball to the player on the other side through the newly activated SmartGoal. Coach the maneuverability of the midfielders and keep an eye on the intensity.
The Pass Exercise is a high intensity exercise that’s letting players switch between passing and running constantly. Coach on keeping a high intensity but also keep an eye on a good execution.
The players have to run x times through an activated SmartGoal. Every time they ran through a SmartGoal, they have to return to the middle of the square, tap the object in the middle and start again. Coach the intensity and keep them motivated to get the highest score.
While two players have to pass the ball to each other through an activated SmartGoal, the third player has to be alert and ready to receive the ball through a newly activated SmartGoal. Coach the constant change of tasks and a good execution.
An exercise were bouncing is the key part. The players have to score from the angle were the SmartGoals will guide them. Coach the execution and particularly pay attention to the movements of the player that runs. He/She has to get him-/herself in a good score position.

A team of 2 players has to try to score as many goals as possible. One player will receive the ball and has to prepare it for the second player who has to pass it through the activated SmartGoal. Coach the execution, player roles and keep the players motivated to score as many as they can.
