The Triple Finish
The player receives the ball and dribbles towards the lit SmartGoals. At the last moment the light switches (Switch-button on the SmartRemote), so the player has to adapt to this, dribble through the newly lit SmartGoal and score. Coach the last-minute-decissionmaking.
Choose your Side
The players in line will receive the ball from the player behind the SmartGoals. The players have to dribble through the lit SmartGoal and finish. Coach the shot on goal.
The Finishing Build Up
Player 1 has to pass the ball to player 2 who is in front of him/her. He/She has to bounce the ball back to player 1. Player 1 will receive the ball and has to pass to player 3. Player 3 turns around and has to pass the ball through the orange SmartGoal to player 4. Player 4 has to try to score. Coach the position changing and the different tasks at each position.
Long Ball and 3 vs 3
The keeper has to play the ball to a player of the opponent. They have to cope with their ball possession and start a counterattack by passing the ball through an activated SmartGoal. Coach both the attacking and defending teams.
Scoring on Pace
Players have to run 3 times through a illuminated SmartGoal before they’re ”free” and permitted to score. Get them motivated to win the sprint and score the goal.
Look and Move
A exercise with two bounces were the center player has to run through an illuminated SmartGoal before he/she can try to score. The SmartGoals detemine the position from where he/she has to try. Coach the execution.
One on One
A finishing exercise were the SmartGoals determine from which angle a player has to try to score. Coach the execution.
The Golden Striker
The center player has to play the ball through the illuminated SmartGoal (that determines the angle from where the player has to try to score) to a teammate. He/she has to bounce it so the first player is possible to score. Coach the execution.
The Goal Killer
The first player has to pass the ball to their teammate. Then the first player has to run through two SmartGoals that are lit while his/hers teammate has prepared the ball so he/she can sore after their sprint. Coach the intensity of this exercise (”run as fast as you can!”) and execution.
The Finishing Touch
This game is all about the combination with teammates that are divided over the pitch. The players at the start and at the end of this exercise have to prepare a chance on goal for the central player. Coach the execution.
Lightning Striker 2.0
Create a small triangle with three SmartGoals and place one SmartGoal in front of the goal. Activate one SmartGoal. The player has to run through the activated SmartGoals in the triangle until the SmartGoal in front of the goal is lit up. Then he/she is free to score. Little difference with original Lightning Striker: there is an extra player that has to prepare the shot on goal. Coach the quick feetwork and the shot on goal.
An exercise were bouncing is the key part. The players have to score from the angle were the SmartGoals will guide them. Coach the execution and particularly pay attention to the movements of the player that runs. He/She has to get him-/herself in a good score position.
