In this exercise, the reaction speed of the goalkeeper will be trained. The keeper’s goal: saving the ball before the player can score through the SmartGoal. When one of the two SmartGoals illuminates, one of the players tries to score in that SmartGoal. Left or Right
In this exercise two SmartGoals are placed in front of the goal, each one in another corner of the goal. The Fittest Goalkeeper
The goalkeeper needs to go through the illuminated SmartGoal before saving the ball. When saved, he/she starts right over. Catch, Turn & Throw
The keeper saves the ball. Throw It
This exercise is similar to ”Bounce It”, but for goalkeepers. Two goalkeepers, facing each other, have to roll the ball through the lit up SmartGoal to each other. Run & React
A goalkeeper can increase his/hers chances to save a ball by coming of his/hers goal line. This exercise will train a keeper to leave his/hers line and save a shot. Back & Forth
Let the goalkeeper react on the SmartGoals behind him/her. The goalkeeper dribbles backwards towards one of the three SmartGoals that is placed on the goal line. Coming Off Your Goal Line
Goalkeepers are also football players, so they have to be able to participate in the match. The goalkeepers starts from the goal line. He/she has to anticipate to the illuminating SmartGoal by running towards it and bounce the incoming ball. React & Save
The goalkeeper has to try to save the ball after running through the illuminating SmartGoal. The illuminating SmartGoal decides the angle of the shot.
