This is an exercise with two bounces where the center player has to run through the illuminated SmartGoal before he/she can try to score. After the first bounce, the player in the middle needs to be aware to which side he has to run. In the mean time; the ball will be passed to the end station and will be prepared for the incoming running player that has passed the SmartGoal.
