In this exercise, players compete against each other on who’s first to finish. Players have to run through 3 illuminated SmartGoals  before they are permitted to score. | Skill: agility, acceleration, speed, finishing | Coach on: motivation to win the sprint and score the goal, execution | Physical load: calfs, quadriceps, hamstrings, buttock muscles |

Variation:

  • Increase the number of times you’ve to pass the SmartGoals
  • Let the players pass the SmartGoals as much as they can, and let them run to the ball only on your mark
  • Make this game surprising: let the players pass three SmartGoals and play the ball through the middle. In this game the first one who gets the ball will be the attacker, while the oter one is the defender
