One rectangle is divided into two spaces, two smaller rectangles. Make two teams: one orange and one blue. A positional play starts in one of the smaller rectangles. The orange team (that’s in majority) has to keep ball possession by playing around 10 times without interception. When blue is able to intercept the ball, they have to move the ball through the illuminated SmartGoal to the other rectangle. Now blue is in majority, because two players of orange have to stay behind in their “own” rectangle. | Skill: positional play, awareness, passing, cooperation | Coach on: communication, ball speed, quick passing | Physical load: lower extremity |
